Field Marketing Manager – EMEA

About the role

The Field Marketing Manager, EMEA translates Kinaxis’ go‑to‑market strategy into integrated marketing programs that generate demand, deepen executive relationships and accelerate the sales pipeline across the region. This remote role works closely with EMEA sales leadership and account executives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with sales leadership to turn business priorities into actionable marketing plans.
• Develop and lead integrated field‑marketing strategies for new‑logo acquisition, strategic accounts and pipeline acceleration.
• Build marketing plans for priority industries, markets and target accounts.
• Align regional priorities with global campaigns, messaging and go‑to‑market initiatives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, especially in field marketing, strategic account marketing or executive programs.
• Proven track record delivering measurable business results in complex, multi‑market engagement programs.
• Experience working across multiple European markets and cultures.
• Strong commercial orientation with ability to connect marketing activity to pipeline and account growth.
