Field Sales Agent – Mbale, Uganda

About the role

Mogo Loans Uganda is seeking dynamic, results‑oriented Sales Agents to promote its loan products across Mbale District. You will work directly with customers in the field, helping them understand financing options for motorcycles, cars, and civil servant loans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales leads within Mbale and surrounding areas.
• Market Mogo loan products to potential customers and explain eligibility, terms, and application procedures.
• Conduct field sales activities, acquire customers, and build strong relationships with riders, vehicle owners, civil servants and businesses.
• Follow up on leads and applications to ensure timely conversion and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records while adhering to responsible lending policies.

Required profile

• Certificate, diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (advantageous).
• Previous experience in sales, micro‑finance, banking, insurance, telecom or financial services is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently, conduct field sales and meet targets.
• Good knowledge of Mbale District and its communities.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
• Honesty, professionalism and a customer‑focused attitude.
