Financial Advisor

About the role
The Financial Advisor will join ICEA LION Uganda’s Kampala office to provide comprehensive financial planning and consulting services to individuals and businesses. You will work directly with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend suitable insurance, investment and pension solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop tailored financial plans.
- Recommend and sell insurance, investment and pension products.
- Manage client portfolios and monitor performance.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on product offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on financial products to support informed decisions.
Required profile
- Degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field (preferred).
- Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
