Floor Manager (Bar & Service) Wanted

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Floor Manager with a strong service orientation, leadership abilities, and a desire to grow professionally within an ambitious new project.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate the floor service and ensure smooth operations.
- Attend to customers and manage their experience.
- Organise reservations and supervise the service team.
- Oversee the overall client experience and support upselling initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams.
Required profile
- Proactive attitude, responsibility and strong organisational skills.
- Previous experience in floor, bar or restaurant environments.
- Hospitality training is a plus.
Required skills
- Knowledge of mixology (cocktail preparation).
- Understanding of wine service and beverage handling.
