About the role
Educate! is seeking a Global Human Resources Business Partner to support its fast‑growing global team across East Africa, the USA and Europe. Reporting to the Director of People, the HRBP will work closely with the executive and leadership teams as well as the Head of People Programs and Engagement to drive high performance throughout the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive and leadership members to cultivate high performance.
- Partner with the Head of People Programs and Engagement on people initiatives.
- Coach leaders in addressing employee personnel challenges.
Required profile
- Experienced Human Resources Business Partner.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.
- Passion for Educate!’s mission to unlock youth potential in Africa.
