About the role
World Vision Uganda is launching its Graduate Internship Program (GRIP) for the FY27 cohort. The 12‑month internship runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027 and offers recent university graduates a hands‑on experience in humanitarian development across rural and semi‑urban areas of Uganda.
Key responsibilities
- Support project teams in health, nutrition, WASH, livelihoods, education, emergency response and child protection.
- Assist with field data collection, monitoring and reporting.
- Participate in community engagement activities and stakeholder meetings.
- Contribute to the preparation of project documentation and learning materials.
Required profile
- Ugandan citizen with a recent (within 2 years) Second‑Upper Class degree from a recognised university.
- Christian professional aged 26 years or younger, actively involved in church life.
- Demonstrated strong character, honesty, good physical and emotional health (medical clearance required).
- Preference for candidates who have benefited from World Vision’s child sponsorship or community programmes.
