Grand Market Coffee Barista / Food Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for a friendly Barista / Food Service Associate to join our coffee venue. You will craft high-quality coffee drinks, provide a welcoming guest experience, and support deli food operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take beverage and food orders accurately.
• Prepare drinks following defined recipes, portion controls and quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee bar, equipment and counters.
• Clean and service coffee equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
• Support inventory control, restocking, product rotation and dating.
• Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Adhere to all store policies, programs and directives.

Required profile

• At least one year of barista, coffee shop or deli experience.
• Commitment to inclusive, guest-focused service.
• Willingness to grow personally and professionally.
• Preference given to Mille Lacs Band members and American Indians.

Required skills

• ServSafe certification (or obtain within six months of hire).
