Head of Digital – Digital Acquisition Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Digital to lead our digital acquisition strategy within the telecom sector. You will be responsible for building and managing high‑performing digital channels that drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise paid media, social media, affiliate and SEO campaigns to achieve gross adds targets.
• Validate daily deliverables from external agencies, ensuring cost‑effectiveness and strategic alignment.
• Recruit, onboard and develop an in‑house digital team (Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Paid Media Manager, SEO Specialist, Affiliates Specialist) and define role‑specific KPIs.
• Evaluate and improve the website customer journey to increase conversion rates and reduce bounce rates.
• Benchmark agency performance and commercial terms against industry standards and recommend alternatives.
• Analyse and report on acquisition metrics, ROI and campaign performance, driving continuous optimisation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and act as the primary liaison with agencies to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in digital acquisition and sales within telecom or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard and manage high‑performing digital teams.
• Experience improving website UX and conversion metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
