Head Of Section Plant & Maintenance

About the role

The Head of Section Plant & Maintenance will lead the maintenance function for our mining operational unit, ensuring equipment is available, reliable and safe. This senior position reports to senior management and coordinates a dedicated maintenance team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily maintenance activities of the operational unit.
• Ensure equipment availability and reliability meet defined targets.
• Coordinate the maintenance team, allocate resources and schedule work.
• Enforce work standards, safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare performance evaluations and maintenance reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role within the mining industry.
• Possession of the Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) certification.
• Strong understanding of heavy‑equipment maintenance systems and mining operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and demonstrated leadership abilities.
