About the role
The Head Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach will lead the varsity girls volleyball program at the school, overseeing all aspects of training, competition, and athlete development.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement season-long training plans for the varsity girls team.
- Conduct daily practice sessions and lead the team during matches.
- Mentor student‑athletes, fostering both athletic performance and personal growth.
- Coordinate with school administration, assistant coaches, and support staff.
- Manage equipment, travel logistics, and game scheduling.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience coaching volleyball at the high‑school level.
- Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and conditioning methods.
- Ability to work effectively with teenage athletes and school personnel.
