Infant Teacher – Early Childhood Educator

About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a vibrant Infant Teacher to join a team of caring, creative educators. You will nurture young children in a warm, home‑like setting while delivering a research‑based curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily care and education for infants, following all safety and health protocols.
• Implement name‑to‑face accountability, food allergy procedures, bottle‑feeding, and safe‑sleep practices.
• Collaborate with classroom team members to create a supportive learning environment.

Required profile

• Meet state licensing qualifications for a teacher in a licensed childcare center.
• Maintain required background clearances and health screenings.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred, or meet state licensing requirements.
• Previous experience in an early childhood or group‑care setting.

Required skills

• Ability to consistently follow safety procedures.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective reading, writing, and speaking in English.
