About the role
We are seeking an Insurance Sales Agent to join our team. The role centers on applying consultative sales methods and targeted marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities and close sales. The agent will work under the guidance of the sales manager to ensure alignment with company objectives and to deliver tailored insurance solutions to clients.
Key responsibilities
- Identify potential clients and evaluate their insurance needs using market research and business planning techniques.
- Employ consultative sales approaches to present appropriate insurance products.
- Negotiate terms, address client concerns, and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the sales manager to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business‑related field.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and business planning concepts.
