About the role
The Insurance Sales Staff member will work within our agency’s Sales and Marketing department, using consultative sales methods to identify, negotiate and close insurance business. Reporting to the Insurance Agency Manager, you will be guided by the sales manager to achieve client acquisition targets.
Key responsibilities
- Meet and onboard new clients, ensuring all documentation is completed.
- Negotiate insurance sales deals and close contracts.
- Identify and pursue potential new clients to expand the agency’s portfolio.
Required profile
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any business-related field.
