Inventory Control & Digital Marketing Officer

About the role

The Inventory Control & Digital Marketing Officer will ensure accurate management of laboratory, radiology and office supplies while promoting Examina’s diagnostic services across digital channels. This hybrid role blends stock administration with creative online engagement to support efficient operations and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records for all medical and office supplies.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts, reconcile discrepancies and prepare detailed inventory reports.
• Monitor stock levels, track expiries and trigger timely re‑ordering to avoid stock‑outs.
• Verify deliveries against purchase orders and support internal/external audit processes.
• Analyze consumption trends, generate cost‑efficiency reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage Examina’s social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok), create and post engaging content.
• Design simple marketing materials such as posters and awareness posts.
• Respond to online inquiries promptly and monitor engagement metrics to improve reach.
• Provide general administrative support, including reception duties when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement & Logistics, Business Administration, IT, Marketing or a related field.
• Entry‑level experience (minimum 1 month) in inventory or stock management is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong organizational, record‑keeping and communication skills.
