Inventory Operator

About the role
The Inventory Operator is responsible for managing daily inventory activities within a warehouse environment. You will ensure that materials are received, stored, and issued accurately while supporting the procurement team to maintain optimal stock levels.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, store, and issue materials according to standard operating procedures.
- Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and keep inventory records up‑to‑date.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Prepare inventory reports and collaborate with procurement to optimize stock levels.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to reduce waste and loss.
Required profile
- Diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
