About the role
This trainee position combines e‑commerce product data management with hands‑on warehouse logistics. You will support the team in maintaining accurate online listings while ensuring smooth stock movement in the warehouse.
Key responsibilities
- Update, upload and maintain product listings across e‑commerce platforms.
- Organise and refresh detailed technical specifications for catalog items.
- Create clear product specification sheets for internal and external use.
- Guide customers on technical specifications that match their needs.
- Execute daily stock‑in and stock‑out processes to track item flow.
- Maintain precise inventory records in database systems.
- Perform on‑demand inventory audits with prior approval.
- Monitor stock levels regularly to avoid shortages or excess.
Required profile
- Degree in IT or a related field.
- Fast learner with high technical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physically fit and able to work in an active warehouse environment.
- Capable of delivering results in a highly engaging work setting.
