IT Operations and Planning Specialist

About the role

Lucid is seeking a seasoned IT Operations and Planning Specialist to join the Planning and Operations Office. Reporting directly to the Director of IT Planning, you will act as a process expert, driving operational excellence across multiple IT functions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance and resolve complex problems within IT strategy, finance, operations, vendor management, and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans for system and application enhancements.
• Lead projects that improve process maturity, efficiency, role clarity, and automation.
• Conduct business process analysis, translate needs into clear specifications, and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and document end‑to‑end workflows.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and act as a change agent throughout the organization.
