About the role

As a Junior Counsellor you will support individuals facing personal challenges, working alongside experienced professionals to guide clients toward their goals. This internship provides hands‑on experience in a supportive counselling environment.

Key responsibilities

Conduct one‑on‑one counselling sessions with clients.
Assist in developing personalized action plans.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
Participate in training and development sessions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
Strong active listening and empathy.
Effective communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
