About the role
Join Opaa! Food Management as a Kitchen Staff member responsible for preparing breakfast and lunch, supporting serving lines, and assisting with occasional catering events. You will work across all kitchen stations to ensure smooth food service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Set up serving lines daily and maintain food at required temperatures.
- Prepare menu items and baked goods according to Opaa! recipes.
- Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other kitchen equipment with proper certification.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FIFO inventory practices.
- Perform dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and monitor chemical usage.
- Record production data, temperature logs, and comply with HACCP and CACFP regulations.
- Assist with requisitioning supplies and restocking serving stations.
- Participate in safety programs, meetings, and required training.
Required profile
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety procedures.

- Willingness to work flexible hours and support catering functions as needed.
Required skills
- Operation of kitchen equipment (slicer, mixer, grinder) with certification.
- Food safety knowledge (HACCP, temperature monitoring).

- Basic baking and food preparation techniques.
