Lead Preschool Teacher (One Year Old)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to guide a classroom of one‑year‑old children. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment that supports each child’s growth, including those with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence’s educational philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring safety, supervision, and compliance with licensing standards.
• Communicate regularly with families using Cadence‑required tools, providing updates on child progress.
• Document accidents, incidents, and behavioral concerns according to company policy.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Ability to implement IEPs and behavioral support plans.
• Strong commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Demonstrated adherence to safety procedures and licensing requirements.
