Lead Teacher – Infant

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teacher for our infant classroom. You will create a nurturing environment where the youngest learners can explore, grow, and feel safe.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a daily schedule that balances quiet snuggles, active play, and motor‑skill development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop an age‑appropriate curriculum.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Communicate daily updates and milestones to parents.
• Guide play using toys, language, and activities that foster curiosity.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum age 18.
• Meets all state preschool lead teacher requirements.
• Previous experience as an infant teacher or preschool lead teacher.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or a college degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
