Logistics Coordinator – Ocean/Air Freight

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to manage ocean and air freight shipments for an international company. The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and wants to develop a career in logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt to delivery.
• Plan, book, and coordinate transportation orders.
• Prepare and maintain shipment documentation, filing, and invoicing.
• Conduct freight audits and provide feedback to internal and external customers via mail or EDI.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and report non‑conformities according to KPI standards.
• Collaborate with approved subcontractors and ensure compliance with agreed rates.
• Report daily activities to the Team Leader.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or candidate with logistics experience, preferably in ocean/air freight.
• Strong initiative, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Fast learner, team player, and fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems.
