Manager of Training Records & Scheduling

About the role

The Manager of Training Records & Scheduling will lead the crew training records function for pilots and flight attendants, ensuring compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations and internal standards. This senior position oversees both record‑keeping and scheduling teams, driving efficiency across the airline’s training ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Pilot and Flight Attendant Records Specialists, designing processes that safeguard record integrity.
• Maintain training records in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Administer the electronic Qualification Training Management System (QTMS) and monitor its interfaces with operational systems.
• Provide regular qualification reports to senior leadership and the FAA.
• Supervise Scheduling Specialists, creating and adjusting student, instructor, and device schedules for pilot and inflight training.
• Coordinate with instructors, evaluators, crew planning, People Team, and external training vendors to optimize training timelines.
• Represent Breeze during internal and external training records audits (FAA, DoD, IOSA).

Required profile

• Minimum five years of regulatory record‑keeping experience.
• At least five years of experience leading a record‑keeping team.
• Advanced knowledge of FAR regulations and airline training programs.
• Proven ability to manage complex scheduling environments.
• Strong communication skills for interaction with internal stakeholders and external auditors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Qualification Training Management System (QTMS).
• In‑depth understanding of FAR compliance requirements.
