About the role
The Marketing & Business Development Officer will drive sales growth by generating qualified leads, preparing proposals, and managing customer relationships for MEDISONMED Healthcare.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified sales leads and convert them into confirmed purchase orders.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, commercial proposals, product presentations, and customer inquiries.
- Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and supply arrangements within approved company policies.
- Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline with realistic forecasts and clearly documented conversion opportunities.
- Support timely collection of customer payments and follow‑up on outstanding receivables in coordination with Finance.
- Identify repeat‑purchase opportunities and develop sustainable long‑term customer accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
