About the role
Donswift Company Limited is hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Kampala, Uganda, in the pharmaceutical industry. The role covers coordination of medical representatives, support of marketing activities and preparation of sales reports.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate medical representatives and monitor their daily call reports.
- Support marketing plans, campaigns, trade shows and conferences.
- Prepare sales reports and analysis.
- Manage bids, tenders and contracts.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field from a recognised institution.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role within a busy environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Strong analytical, communication and time management skills.
