Marketing Staff – Kampala (Local Residents Only)

About the role

The Marketing Staff will support the sales and marketing department of Chicken Company in Kampala. The role focuses on assisting marketing campaigns, engaging with existing and potential clients, and helping to drive bookings and orders.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct basic market research to gather insights for campaign planning.
• Communicate with customers, promote agency services and collect feedback on ongoing campaigns.
• Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Support sales outreach and provide customer‑service assistance as needed.

Required profile

• Residency in Natete, Nansana, Mutundwe, Rubaga, Masanafu or Kyengera (Kampala area).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Basic understanding of advertising and marketing concepts, preferably with agency or commercial experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kampala and collaborate with a diverse team.
• Good organisational skills, reliability and willingness to learn new marketing tools.
