Opérateur/Conducteur de Production (F/H)

About the role

You will join our Automatic Packaging workshop, where you will operate high‑speed packaging machines to condition probiotic and pharmaceutical products. Working within a team, you will ensure smooth line performance while adhering to strict hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Pilot and parameterise a high‑speed automatic packaging line.
• Perform format changes and adjust machine settings.
• Carry out required quality checks (samples, batch numbers) before start‑up and during production.
• Execute specific cleaning procedures for each equipment and production area following hygiene protocols.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Provide first‑level maintenance for the equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in an industrial environment is a plus, especially in line operation.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to respect strict hygiene rules.
