About the role
The Operations and Finance Manager will oversee all financial and operational functions for an NGO focused on animal welfare. This senior position ensures sound financial stewardship, efficient procurement, and effective program delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Direct accounting, budgeting, grant management and compliance while building internal controls.
- Manage operations and procurement to keep programs running efficiently.
- Lead the administrative team, conduct performance reviews, and mentor staff.
- Track program impact and ensure resources are well managed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration with CPA qualification.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management role.
- Deep knowledge of fund accounting, tax filing, financial reporting, and compliance.
