Operations Supervisor

About the role

Info-Code Consults Limited, a multidisciplinary consultancy offering ICT, business development and management services, is hiring a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor in Fort Portal. The supervisor oversees daily operations across ICT and business service lines, coordinating workflows, assigning tasks and monitoring performance so projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate workflows, assign tasks and monitor performance to keep projects on schedule and within quality standards.
• Track operational metrics, identify process gaps and implement improvements to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Supervise team members and support resource planning.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and service-level agreements.
• Collaborate with management to report on operations, support problem-solving and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills to lead teams, coordinate workloads and support performance management.
• Experience in operations and operations management.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret data, spot issues and recommend improvements.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, colleagues and preparing clear reports.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Diploma or degree in business administration, operations management, ICT or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience in ICT, consultancy or business services operations is beneficial.

Required skills

• Familiarity with basic office software and project tracking tools is preferred.
