Partnerships Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Partnerships Manager to drive lead generation, build client relationships and support our sales growth in Uganda. The role combines sales, marketing and administrative duties to help the company achieve its revenue targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective customers, promote services and close sales to meet set targets.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships through follow‑up, excellent service and retention initiatives.
• Maintain accurate customer records, prepare sales and marketing reports, update CRM, and draft proposals and quotations.
• Plan and execute marketing activities such as market research, advertising, promotions, social media campaigns and brand awareness programmes.

Required profile

• Ugandan national with experience in sales, marketing or business development.
• Confident, charismatic and professional with strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly organised, self‑motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team.
• Effective reporting skills and ability to liaise with management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva for creating digital content.
