Sales Representative – Valves & Fittings

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to promote and sell our range of valves and fittings across Uganda. The ideal candidate will combine a solid background in marketing and sales with a passion for technical products, helping customers find the right solutions for their projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities within the construction and plumbing sectors.
• Present product specifications, demonstrate benefits, and negotiate terms with clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales.
• Travel across Uganda to conduct product demonstrations and attend trade events.
• Collaborate with the technical team to stay updated on product developments.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in marketing and sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to learn technical product details and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Knowledge of plumbing products and fittings.
