Join Cadence Education’s vibrant preschool team as a Cook, creating nutritious, kid‑approved meals that keep little learners energized for their day. This full‑time, onsite position blends culinary skills with a passion for early childhood development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and serve healthy meals and snacks following USDA guidelines.
• Maintain organized food and supply storage areas.
• Deliver meals to classrooms, ensuring each child receives a balanced portion.
• Wash dishes, clean kitchen equipment, and keep the kitchen spotless.
• Assist with additional duties such as laundry, equipment cleaning, and toy sanitizing.
• Perform occasional lifting of supplies and equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old and meets all state preschool cook requirements.
• Minimum 1 year experience in food planning, preparation, and service.
• Preferred: Current Food Handler’s Card or ServSafe certification.
