Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team of educators. You will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children, supporting their physical, social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create a warm, inclusive classroom where every child feels respected and cared for.
• Build positive relationships with children and families through daily greetings and ongoing communication.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including implementing IEPs and behavioral support plans.
• Plan, deliver, and document curriculum aligned with Cadence Education’s philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Use Cadence‑required systems and communication tools to interact professionally with families, staff, and leadership.
• Maintain a safe, well‑supervised classroom and follow all licensing and safety requirements.
• Accurately document accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors per company policy.
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Commitment to early childhood development and inclusive education.
• Ability to support children with Individualized Education Plans.
• Strong communication skills with families and team members.
• Adherence to safety procedures and licensing standards.
