Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children. Reporting to the School Director, you will lead a classroom team, deliver curriculum aligned with Cadence Education philosophy, and support each child's physical, social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement daily lesson plans that reflect Cadence educational standards and Signature Programs.
• Maintain a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere and foster positive relationships with children and families.
• Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and health regulations, including accurate incident reporting.
• Support children with Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavioral support plans.
• Collaborate with colleagues, attend trainings, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in early childhood education, childcare, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and maintain supervision standards.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with families, staff, and leadership.
• Commitment to professional development and adherence to company policies.

Required skills
