Preschool Lead Teacher

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Preschool Lead Teacher to join our dedicated early‑childhood team. Reporting to the School Director, you will create a safe, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate classroom where every child can thrive.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document curriculum aligned with Cadence educational philosophy and Signature Programs.
• Lead daily classroom operations, ensuring compliance with licensing, safety, and supervision standards.
• Support children’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development, including those with IEPs and behavioral plans.
• Maintain open, professional communication with families using Cadence‑required tools.
• Accurately record accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors per company policy.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional‑development activities, occasionally outside regular hours.

Required profile

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool education.
• Demonstrated ability to follow safety procedures and licensing requirements.
• Strong commitment to inclusive education and collaborative teamwork.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early‑childhood development best practices.
• Familiarity with Cadence Education systems and documentation processes.
