About the role

Cadence Education is seeking a vibrant Toddler Lead Teacher to join its team of caring educators. You will nurture infants and toddlers in a warm, home‑like environment, helping them reach early developmental milestones while supporting families.

Key responsibilities

• Create a cozy, engaging classroom where infants feel safe and inspired.
• Document and share daily milestones with parents, celebrating each tiny win.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to deliver an age‑appropriate, research‑based curriculum.
• Observe each child’s interests, ensure safety, and enrich playtime with language, toys, and activities.
• Model positive behavior and serve as a role model for young learners.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Meets all state preschool teacher licensing requirements.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work during business hours.
• Bonus: experience as a teacher assistant or in a licensed daycare.
