Project/Field Manager

About the role

The Project/Field Manager will lead multiple painting projects across various sites in Uganda. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while acting as the main liaison between the company and its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise several painting projects simultaneously.
• Manage painters, site supervisors, and subcontractors to guarantee quality workmanship.
• Monitor inventory levels, control material usage, and minimize waste.
• Ensure all finishing works comply with established quality and safety standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management software.
