Proposal Development Expert

About the role

Epsilon Innovation Group Inc. is seeking a remote Proposal Development Expert on a contract basis. You will lead the full proposal lifecycle, turning RFPs into compelling, high‑quality submissions that support our climate, energy, and environmental initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end proposal development, from initial brief to final submission.
• Write persuasive, evidence‑based proposals that address client requirements.
• Coordinate timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Collaborate with internal experts and external partners to gather necessary information.
• Maintain version control and compliance with RFP guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in proposal management, writing, and responding to RFPs.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Project‑management experience with the ability to work independently.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Communications, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
• Familiarity with climate change, energy, environmental sustainability, or policy analysis is a plus.
