Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support V Interiors Limited’s furniture production and interior fit‑out projects by measuring sites, preparing cost estimates and supervising installations. This role ensures accurate budgeting, efficient material use and high‑quality delivery across custom furniture and interior projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to take precise measurements for furniture manufacturing and installations.
• Prepare measurement reports, sketches and technical documentation.
• Develop Bills of Quantities, material take‑offs and detailed cost estimates.
• Produce quotations and cost proposals for clients and monitor expenses against approved budgets.
• Recommend cost‑saving measures while maintaining quality standards.
• Coordinate with designers and production teams to align specifications with production plans.
• Track material consumption, wastage and forecast material requirements.
• Supervise on‑site furniture installation, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, production staff and installation crews.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple project timelines.
