Regional Sales Representative - Western Region

About the role

Katun is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to cover the Western Region. The role focuses on generating profitable sales through face‑to‑face meetings, webinars, and telephone contacts while promoting new products and expanding market share.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage C‑level contacts to build long‑term relationships and manage customer accounts.
• Expand and win back market share by communicating product quality, service, and value.
• Negotiate price, delivery, contracts, and warranty terms within company policies.
• Set customer expectations, prioritize high‑potential accounts, and develop penetration strategies.
• Support dealers, distributors, and third‑party service providers with bundled solutions.
• Explore new customer segments such as Independent Service Organizations to create incremental revenue.
• Maintain accurate product purchase data to aid forecasting.
• Participate in continuous improvement, quality initiatives, and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field or equivalent (preferred).
• 3‑5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in copier, printer or fax consumables.
• Proven record of sustained sales achievement and ability to sell to C‑level customers.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile with liability insurance.
