Remote Croatian Pre-Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual Croatian speaker to join a leading European travel‑tech platform as a Remote Pre‑Sales Representative. You will work from home, contacting homeowners and guiding them through the early qualification process for vacation‑rental partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Call homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing‑generated leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, assessing property suitability, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Record and update lead information accurately in CRM systems.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up and conversion.
• Maintain detailed interaction logs and follow‑up notes.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Required profile

• Fluent Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable handling both warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate with a multicultural team.
