Remote MarTech & Data Engineer (iGaming)

About the role

We are seeking a highly capable and autonomous Technical Operations & MarTech Engineer to own and maintain our marketing technology stack and platform operations. This hands‑on role ensures accurate tracking, smooth platform performance, and scalable marketing systems for our growing iGaming business.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 100% reliable GA4 tracking and improve marketing data layers.
• Oversee MyAffiliates tracking, data pipelines, and validate campaign, bonus, and user‑flow tracking.
• Manage Customer.io events, triggers, automated flows, and ensure CRM logic is correct and scalable.
• Configure games and providers, handle provider‑side restrictions, and resolve platform tickets.
• Validate bonus module functionality and eliminate technical blockers for Marketing, CRM, SEO, and Operations.
• Perform end‑to‑end validation of critical flows and support cross‑team QA testing.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in MarTech, data engineering, or technical product operations.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, data layers, APIs, Customer.io, and MyAffiliates.
• Highly structured, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable in a fast‑moving, remote‑first environment with mandatory CET availability (09:00–18:00).
• Zero‑ego mindset – focus on solving problems rather than debating them.
