Sales Agent – Financial Services

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its Kampala office. You will be the front‑line representative for the company’s loan products, helping civil servants, teachers and corporate employees access fast, responsible financing.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective customers through lead generation and outreach.
• Explain loan offerings, guide clients through application and approval processes.
• Follow up on inquiries, build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Achieve set sales targets and maintain a high standard of service throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide clear product information.
• Collaborate with team members and attend regular training on product updates and compliance.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on satisfaction.
• Demonstrated sales ability, including prospecting, negotiating and closing deals.
• Basic understanding of insurance or financial products and willingness to learn.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field (preferred).
• Results‑oriented, reliable, and compliant with regulatory lending policies.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Kampala and engaging clients in person.
