Sales Agent

About the role

Balloon Ventures is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to drive client acquisition across Uganda. This commission‑based position blends field work with the flexibility of remote tasks, allowing you to engage potential customers while working from home when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients for Balloon Ventures' investment and business support services.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align sales efforts with company goals.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the service industry.
• Ability to convey basic financial literacy concepts.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet targets.
• Previous experience with a similar target market is a plus.
