Sales and Marketing Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Representative to join our insurance agency’s team in Central. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating new business, presenting advertising solutions, and nurturing long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and lead follow‑up.
• Present advertising solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns, track performance, and deliver regular market feedback to management.
• Conduct product or service demonstrations and training for clients and internal stakeholders when required.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven sales and marketing experience, including lead generation, pitching and closing deals.
• Customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage expectations and support long‑term partnerships.
• Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with solid time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Competence in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
