Sales Executive – Financial Services

About the role

Platinum Credit Limited is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join its Kampala branch. You will be responsible for driving new business, promoting a range of loan and finance products, and building lasting relationships with both individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local market.
• Present loan and finance products, explain eligibility criteria, and guide clients through the application process.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and report on performance.
• Collect market feedback and provide insights to improve product offerings.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare basic sales reports.
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Proven sales and customer‑service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic financial literacy and numeracy to understand loan structures.
• Organised, able to manage multiple client inquiries and follow‑ups.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working in a team.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Kampala market and willingness to conduct field visits.
