About the role
LECENY EQUIPMENT LIMITED is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join its team in Kampala. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with key customers.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Source, pursue and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
- Conduct market assessments and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Track invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely revenue collection.
Required profile
- Entry‑level candidates with up to 24 months of sales experience.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
