Sales Executive & TikTok Content Creator

About the role

Mtunda is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who will also create TikTok‑focused video content to drive product sales. Based on‑site in Kampala, you will engage walk‑in and online shoppers, showcase product benefits, and turn interest into purchases while producing short‑form videos that highlight promotions and customer stories.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk‑in and online customers, explain features, and close sales.
• Plan, script, film, and edit TikTok videos that promote products, offers, and testimonials.
• Respond to comments, direct messages, and customer inquiries on social platforms.
• Track video performance metrics and share insights with the marketing team.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update product information, and collect customer feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and suggest improvements to the sales process.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in retail or e‑commerce, including prospecting, presentation, negotiation and closing.
• Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video content, especially on TikTok.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust and handle objections.
• Customer‑service mindset with problem‑solving skills for both in‑store and online interactions.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
