Sales Representative (Commission Based, Remote, Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join WaZhop’s remote team on a commission‑based, part‑time basis. You will identify potential sellers, present our marketplace platform and convert leads into Pro and Premium subscribers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential sellers (businesses & individuals).
• Present WaZhop’s platform and value proposition clearly.
• Convert leads into paying Pro and Premium subscribers.
• Support new sellers during onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the team to improve sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication and active listening.
• Customer‑focused mindset with relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
• Understanding of digital platforms, e‑commerce or online selling.
• Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
• Experience with small to medium sized businesses is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
