Sales Representative - Uganda

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our client’s animal feed business in Uganda. You will be responsible for promoting feed products, expanding the customer base, and meeting sales targets while providing excellent service to farmers, distributors, and agro‑dealers.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell animal feed products to existing and potential clients.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management.
• Ensure timely order processing, product delivery, and payment follow‑up.
• Participate in product demonstrations, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of sales experience; animal feed experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Must be a Ugandan resident.
